African Descent Lutheran Association (ADLA)
The association develops important connections, advocates for congregations, promotes implementation of the National African Descent Strategy, and provides fellowship, learning and sharing opportunities. It also provides a forum for theological reflection for clergy and lay members through collaboration with other African descent organizations and networks.

Bear Creek Camp is a ministry of the Southeastern and Northeastern Pennsylvania Synods of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
Located on nearly 3,000 acres in the beauty of the Pocono Mountains, Bear Creek Camp offers year-round opportunities, including summer residential youth camp, nature day camp, environmental education programs, weekend camp retreats and group rentals.

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) is one of the largest Christian denominations in the United States, with nearly 2.7 million members in more than 8,400 worshiping communities across the 50 states and in the Caribbean region.The ELCA is divided into 65 synods of which SEPA is one.
AMMPARO is the ELCA's strategy for Accompanying Migrants with Protection, Advocacy, Representation and Opportunities. It comes from Psalm 46:1 ‘God is our refuge and strength.’ In Spanish, ‘Dios es nuestro amparo y fortaleza.’
AMMPARO is a holistic, whole church commitment by the ELCA to accompany vulnerable migrants and all who are forcibly displaced. It began after witnessing children and families forced to flee chronic violence, poverty, and environmental displacement in Central America, but is now the ELCA’s global migration strategy.

Coaching is a relational alliance that leverages the art of deep listening, powerful questions and intentional exploration to produce awareness, change, and transformation for the client. In coaching, the client has agency, is the one naming the goals, designs action plans to meet those goals, and does 80% of the talking. Faith-based coaching (from a Christian lens) looks at each individual as beloved of God, believes that person has been specifically gifted by God, and helps the person discover how they are being invited by God to use these gifts in God's work of loving and healing the world. Sumud is the ELCA’s response to occupation and injustice in Palestine and Israel, which operates under the Middle East North Africa (MENA) Desk. Freed by the transformative life of Christ, the ELCA is committed to accompaniment, advocacy and awareness-raising with partners in the Holy Land and in the U.S. The growing Sumud network works with bishops and synods to empower ELCA communities in this call. Through the ELCA Bishops, ELCA Sumud has a network of twenty synods with Sumud Ambassadors, who serve as leaders and liaisons in their synods.
Gemma provides education, mental health services in residential and community settings, foster family care, adoption and permanency services, and prevention programs.

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in Liberia (ELCL) officially began as a mission project of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod in 1978, but also traces its history to earlier work by Lutheran Bible Translators beginning in 1969. As a result of civil wars in Liberia, the Lutheran presence was scattered, resulting in four separate church bodies. These groups merged in 2009 to become the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Liberia.​

Lutheran Advocacy Ministry in Pennsylvania (LAMPa)
Lutheran Advocacy Ministry in Pennsylvania is a state public policy office of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. LAMPa serves the congregations, synods and Lutheran institutions in Pennsylvania, providing resources, training and information in the work of being a public church.
Through faithful advocacy, the ELCA lives out our Lutheran belief that governments can help advance the common good. LAMPa is part of ELCA Witness in Society, whose advocacy works for change in public policy based on the experience of Lutheran ministries, programs and projects around the world and in communities across the United States.

Since 1973, Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR) has remained grounded in their mission to share God’s hope, healing and renewal with people impacted by disasters. They recognize that every disaster is local and that community leaders and organizations are best equipped to address needs following a disaster. LDR accompanies partners worldwide across the disaster cycle—response, recovery, mitigation and preparedness—providing financial support, technical assistance, advocacy and networking.
Established in 1902, Lutheran Settlement House (LSH) is a non-profit, community-based organization committed to serving children, adults, and families living in Philadelphia. Food access, homeless services, domestic violence support, senior services and education are just some of the services offered.
